- Log into our Microsoft 365 account – details can be found in lastpass.
- Go to Admin, Users
- On the ‘Users’ screen, add a new user.
- The Username is the desired email address.
- Generate a password automatically, and note this down. You will need to send this to the customer.
- Tick the box to allow the user to set a new password on first sign in.
- Check the license option they need – please confirm with account manager whether they need Exchange Online (online emails only), MS365 Business Basic (online emails & online apps), MS365 Business Standard (emails & apps, online & download).
- Follow through the steps on screen to finalise the setup, then send the user their details.
- Note, they can login online via login.microsoftonline.com.
