Remove access from a clients’ Facebook page

Desktop

  1. Go to Facebook.com and login with the Sam Turner credentials
  2. Once logged in, on the toolbar on the left hand side of the page, there will be a drop down with a list of clients accounts that we have control of.                                                                                                                       
  3. Click this and choose the account you wish to remove access to
  4. On the left hand side toolbar there will be a new list of settings.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom and click ‘Settings’.
  6. Once again, there will be a new list of options on the left hand side toolbar.
  7. Click on page roles about half way down the list.
  8. A page similar to this will appear                                                                                         
  9. Click edit.
  10. Click remove.
  11. Click confirm.

Mobile/Ipad App

  1. Open the Facebook app and login with the Sam Turner credentials
  2. In the bottom right corner, press menu.
  3. Press ‘Pages’ from the list. Here you will find the list of accounts that we control.
  4. Choose from the list the page you wish to remove access to.
  5. In the top right corner, click the settings symbol.
  6. Click on ‘Page Roles’ from the list.
  7. Click the pencil symbol next to the person you wish to remove.
  8. You may need to enter the password to the account again.
  9. Click remove.
  10. Confirm the removal.
