Backup WordPress Database
- Log into the server with the root credentials found in Lastpass
- Go to Account Information
- Go to List Accounts
- Find the account you wish to back up from
- Click the CP logo
- Click phpMyAdmin
- Click on the name of the database in the left pane
- Click Export
- Click Go
- This will export it as a simple SQL file.
- Go into your downloads, and move the newly downloaded zip into the customer folder on the old TDrive. Please do not save to OneDrive as this takes up valuable speed and storage space.
- Name the backup file “YY-MM-DD Database Backup” But change the YY to year, MM to month and DD to date
