Create Email Forwarder for IMAP

If the general emails are not IMAP and/or on this server, then do not use an IMAP forwarder. Instead, create a forwarder with their email provider. 

1. Go to the server which the site sits on.
2. Go to account information
3. Click List accounts
4. Search for the domain you wish to use
5. Click the orange CP logo
6. In the email section, click Forwarders
7. Click add forwarder
8. Enter the email address to forward
9. Make sure the domain is correct
10. Enter the destination email address
11. Click Add Forwarder
12. Go back to cPanel tools, and ensure Email Routing is set to Local.
